One passenger wants to carry properly packaged small-arms ammunition into a bus’s passenger compartment. Another has a package bearing a Class 1 explosive label. Who may board with the item?
Correct answer: B – Only the passenger with the small-arms ammunition
Small-arms ammunition is the exception to the prohibition against carrying Class 1 explosives in a bus’s passenger space. Other Class 1 explosive material cannot be carried in the space occupied by passengers. The ammunition must still be properly prepared and otherwise lawful for transportation.
